Myra L. Thompson, RN, MS, FNP

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Myra L. Thompson, RN, MS, LCRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner who attended Walla Walla College in Washington. She received her master degree in nursing at Loma Linda University in California. She received her Post Masters certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Oregon Health Sciences University.

She has been affiliated with Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital since 1983 and has been a speaker for many nursing and medical conferences dealing with issues of rural and critical care nursing, and chronic illness management.

Her special areas of interest are women’s health issues and preventive medicine. She is married and has four children and one granddaughter. In her spare time she likes to play music and sing, spend time with her family and read.
