Medicine

~ Can I exercise during my pregnancy? ~

·          Unless there is a problem with your pregnancy, you should be able to do whatever exercise you were doing before you became pregnant.

·          Some women claim exercising during your pregnancy will make labor and delivery easier.  Walking and swimming are great exercises to do during pregnancy.

·          If you did not exercise before you became pregnant, you should start out slowly.  It would be best to avoid any exercise activity that would cause you to fall.
