Will my provider tell me what preventive services I need? |

· Yes. Follow your provider’s advice about checkups, healthy lifestyle choices and medicines that can prevent health problems, such as medicine to control your blood pressure or cholesterol. · At Bayshore Family Medicine we have a computerized system that flags all of the services you should be receiving each time your chart is opened. This way at each office visit you can be advised of what needs to be done. We can tailor this Health Maintenance Program to your unique needs. You may discuss the details with your provider at any office visit or if you have a lot of questions, schedule an appointment specifically to discuss your program.
